Tom Kalidin, Executive Chef

I’m from the island of Fiji, and I moved to the United States in 1970. I have worked at Miramont Pointe since 2002. In the past, I was the executive chef in the Hyatt Regency Hotel in San Francisco.

I like working with the residents; I enjoy cooking for them and spending time with them. We’ve become good friends. I love soccer and once played in Fiji and in British Columbia.
