I was born in Portland, Oregon but I spent most of my childhood in Mesa, Arizona. I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Health Promotion and Community Education and then I moved back home to the Pacific Northwest.

I have worked as a health educator for the United States Peace Corps, as a senior caregiver for independent retirement communities, and I have led corporate health and wellness programs.

I love working with such an active community here at Miramont Pointe. When I’m not at work you can find me cooking food fresh from my garden or enjoying outdoor activities like running, cycling, and hiking, and traveling the world.
