Aging in Place... Our Unique Status

The unique licensing of Miramont Pointe allows us to promote our 'Aging in Place' philosophy. We are one of the only retirement communites in the surrounding area with this licensing, which allows us to offer our residents the flexibility to meet their individual needs and deliver services to their apartment homes. 'Aging in Place' allows freedom for changing circumstances, such as those listed below.

If your health condition should change, additional services can be delivered directly to your apartment home as needed.

As couples age at different paces, we are able to allow you to live together in the comfort of your apartment home, and personalized services are delivered when needed.

Because we offer three unique levels of care, graduating to a different level is a smooth, comfortable transition. Our knowledgable and caring staff will take care of all the details and help to make it an easier process, both for residents and their family.

Couples who are needing different levels of care can still share time together and maintain a close relationship without one spouse having to be the caregiver for the other. This works especially well for couples when one is suffering from moderate to advanced Alzheimer's Disease.
